By using the website and Sayvings.com program, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions as outlined below. Please read carefully.

By registering and/or using the Sayvings.com Online Program, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms of Service ("TOS") and that your membership with Sayvings.com confirms with the TOS stated below.

When joining Sayvings.com, you become a Member of our program. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, visiting websites, signing up at a website, online shopping, receiving Email. Members of Sayvings.com are not "employees" of the company. Membership is provided free and on a voluntary basis.

Sayvings.com is under no obligation to provide our members with any minimum or maximum amount of online offers. We make no promises or guarantees in the amount of offers or the validity of these offers. We may Email our members from time to time with news and information relevant to your Sayvings.com membership. These Emails are not Paid Emails and members will not be rewarded for receiving such Emails unless otherwise stated in the mailing. You can opt-out of receiving these mailings at anytime by unsubscribing with the link in the emails, or simply canceling your Sayvings.com account.

In order to join Sayvings.com, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age. A member whose account is terminated for fraud abuse is prohibited from rejoining our site at a later date.

As a member of Sayvings.com, you agree not to abuse Sayvings.com. This includes, but is not limited to attempting to gain through cheating and/or fraudulent methods. Sayvings.com reserves the right to terminate any Sayvings.com Member's account if Sayvings.com believes that the member has violated any part of this agreement. Sayvings.com will be the sole determiner in deciding if a Sayvings.com member's account violated this agreement. All account terminations are final and irreversible.

Sayvings.com does not allow members to Spam. If a Sayvings.com member sends Spam, we immediately terminate their Sayvings.com account. Spam is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Sayvings.com website is provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranties. Use of the Sayvings.com website is at the member's risk. Sayvings.com makes no warranties of any kind for interrupted services, software glitches, or human error. Sayvings.com cannot be held responsible for damages and/or losses that can result from using the Sayvings.com Online Program. Sayvings.com is not responsible and has no liability for changes or discontinuation of services from providers that may affect offers and/or the accrual of points on Sayvings.com. Sayvings.com will not be liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidentally, or accidentally through members participation on Sayvings.com.

Sayvings.com assumes no liability for any part in participation on our advertisers and sponsor websites. Sayvings.com shall not be liable for any damages and/or losses that can result from participating on the Sayvings.com website.

A member can terminate their Sayvings.com account at any time for any reason. A member must Email contact@sayvings.com with their cancellation request and Sayvings.com will promptly terminate the member's account. The member understands that after termination, they may still receive messages from Sayvings.com that may have been scheduled for delivery prior to the account termination.

If a member disagrees with any part of this TOS agreement, Member must immediately terminate their membership using the termination method above. If a Member is not completely satisfied with the Sayvings.com website, the member can cancel their account with .

This contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, then the provision will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
